Serein Bathhouse / Concept campaign
A little space to pause.
Help first-time guests make and attend a booking with fewer unanswered questions.
Campaign concept, booking UX & guest communications

The audience
Local people curious about a sauna and cold-plunge visit who want to know what to expect.
The idea
The mood should invite someone in, while the booking experience answers the practical questions. I would keep the imagery calm and make the first-visit details easy to find.
The creative
Welcome materials.

The campaign plan
How I’d put it to work.
I’d pair calm discovery creative with a practical booking page. The arrival email would explain what to bring and how to prepare so the experience feels considered before the guest walks in.
What I’d measure
I’d track completed bookings, attended visits, and the questions first-time guests ask. A reservation is only part of a successful first visit.
What I’d adjust
If bookings become no-shows, I’d review reminders and arrival information. Repeated guest questions would become improvements to the booking page and email.
The identity behind the campaign.
