Your next turn starts here.

Turn first-time RSVPs into comfortable attendance and another visit.

The audience

Local tabletop-curious newcomers who may not know anyone at the club or own games.

The idea

The hardest step can be walking into an established group. I would make the invitation visibly beginner-friendly and explain how someone joins a table before they arrive.

The creative

Beginner invitations.

The supporting work

Event RSVP experience

The campaign plan

How I’d put it to work.

I’d make the first visit visibly beginner-friendly, from the invitation to the host materials. Promotion would stay tied to table capacity, with a clear RSVP and a useful arrival reminder.

What I’d measure

I’d compare RSVPs with attendance and listen to newcomer feedback. Repeat visits would help show whether the welcome worked beyond the initial invitation.

What I’d adjust

If people register but do not attend, I’d clarify arrival details. If they attend only once, I’d look at the table experience before spending more on promotion.
