Good Measure / Concept campaign
A better fit starts here.
Turn practical alteration questions into suitable fitting appointments.
Campaign concept, editorial design & booking experience

The audience
Local customers with a garment they like that does not fit quite right.
The idea
People often see a fit problem without knowing whether it can be changed. I would show the detail, a trouser hem, sleeve, or seam, and explain what to discuss at a fitting.
The creative
Editorial guide & shop.

The campaign plan
How I’d put it to work.
I’d build the content around common fitting questions and clear garment details. Each guide would connect to a relevant appointment, with a confirmation that helps the customer arrive prepared.
What I’d measure
I’d track suitable fitting appointments and the questions customers bring. Useful local discovery matters more here than broad, unrelated traffic.
What I’d adjust
If customers arrive unsure what to bring, I’d improve the confirmation. If requests are poorly matched, I’d explain the service scope more clearly in the guide.
The identity behind the campaign.
