Klos / Professional work
Know what to ask of your IT.
I wrote and managed blog content for Klos and handled on-page SEO in WordPress. I focused on technology questions that were relevant to business readers and connected them to the company’s services.
Content writing, WordPress & on-page SEO

The audience
Business decision-makers researching what an IT support agreement should include.
Why I took this approach
I explained the business problem before the technical detail. Clear titles, readable sections, and relevant internal links helped an article work as both useful content and part of the website.
The creative
Article & related service.

My contribution
How I handled it.
I worked on the writing, page structure, and supporting graphics. I used keyword research and on-page optimization to keep the topic, headings, and service links connected.
Outcome
The work added useful business IT content to Klos’s website and supported its ongoing SEO efforts.
My takeaway
A useful article should answer the reader’s question first. The service link makes more sense once that connection is clear.
